Good location, very quiet and peaceful, our room overlooked fields. Room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage and good heating system. There was even a heated towel rail in the bathroom! The shower worked very well, and it was nice to find decent shampoo to hand (I forgot to pack ours!) Lovely clean refreshment area with plenty of drinks sachets and little milks. A great place to go for a couple of nights, easy to find and a very reasonable rate. Many thanks to the lovely people who kept our room so beautifully clean.

Although the hotel supplies no food, apart from snacks, there was both a microwave and toaster in reception plus a coffee machine and extra supplies of tea etc for the room. The services are walking distance for most people. There is an m&s at the garage, waitrose in the services as well as burger king ,KFC, and subway. The staff were all friendly and approachable, the room clean and comfortable. Basic, as you expect from a budget hotel, but had a small bath as well as shower. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and will be back next year.

Very easy to access from motorway and parking was free when staying in motel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, warm and mostly clean. When reported issue with bath (see below) staff apologised and noted to rectify. 2 minutes walk to the shops/restaurants in the services. Microwave was available in the motel foyer if you wanted to heat up meals.

All was fine. All I required was a basic overnight stay and that's exactly what it was. Ideal for quick overnight stop offs and quite affordable for such a purpose. It was easy to book online. I haven't given top marks above as there's always room for improvement, but overall I was satisfied and at least it hadn't been taken over by the Home Office!

Convenient location for breaking a long journey with easy access to/from motorway. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable with a full bathroom including bath and shower which was a bonus. Surprisingly little noise considering how close to motorway and other services the hotel is.
